My Story

My journey into ministry and spiritual coaching wasn’t something I planned — it was something God shaped in me through every season of my life. I learned early on what it meant to carry responsibility, to lead with integrity, and to show up for others even when I was still learning how to show up for myself. Over time, God began to reveal that the very places where I felt stretched, tested, or broken were the same places He would use to help others heal.

I pursued degrees in ministry, theology, and mental health & wellness because I wanted to understand both the spiritual and emotional sides of restoration. I wanted to be equipped — not just inspired — to walk with people through their healing. Those studies deepened my calling and gave me the tools to support others with wisdom, structure, and compassion.

Rise & Restore Faith was born out of that calling. It’s more than a coaching practice — it’s a sanctuary for people who are tired, overwhelmed, or spiritually disconnected. It’s a place where you can breathe again, find clarity, and rediscover your identity in God. Every session, every prayer, every moment of guidance is offered with intention and care.

My story is still unfolding. I’m building a ministry that will grow into a church, a legacy for my children, and a global movement of restoration. But right now, in this moment, I’m here to walk with you — one session, one breakthrough, one restored piece at a time.
